CREATE Displays is software only — we don't manufacture or stock hardware ourselves. Use what you already own, or buy whatever suits your space from your usual supplier. Any TV or device with a modern browser will work, and the setup guides walk you through the popular options.
Your screen keeps playing. The last playlist is cached on the device, so the display continues to cycle through whatever it had. Once the network returns, the screen quietly catches up with new content within 10–20 seconds.
Yes — that's the whole point of pricing per URL. Open the same URL on every TV in the building. They all play in sync to the same playlist with no extra cost. Charging per device is how the enterprise vendors make their money. We don't.
Within 10–20 seconds. Screens poll the server every 10 seconds and pick up new content on the next cycle. You can stand in front of the TV, save a change on your phone, and watch it appear.
Videos are muted by default — that's a browser autoplay rule, not us. To enable sound, untick the Muted toggle in admin and tap once on the screen. Audio is then unlocked for the rest of the session.
Yes. Each item has optional date ranges (e.g. show 1–14 December) and daily time windows (e.g. 17:00–19:00 every day, with midnight crossing supported). Combine them however you like.
