The simpler the better. A few sentences of what you want it to say, your logo or brand colours if you've got them, and any photo you want included. WhatsApp is fine. We'll come back with questions if we need to.
One to two working days for a standard slide. Same-day for the Custom tier on a priority brief. If you're sending 10 slides at once, we'll let you know a realistic delivery date when we confirm the brief.
Reply with notes and we redesign. Two rounds of revisions are included on every slide. If the third round is needed, we'll say so up front before we start — usually only on Custom-tier projects.
Yes. Send us your logo, your usual fonts and your brand colours and we'll save them on file so every slide we make is consistent. If you don't have those, we'll suggest a small palette and stick to it.
Yes. Every slide we deliver is yours — full copyright. We can also send you the source files (PSD, AI, MP4) on request, no charge.
Tell us when you brief us. We design slides at the right aspect ratio (16:9 landscape or 9:16 portrait) so they fill the screen properly. If you have a mix of orientations across multiple displays, we make matching landscape and portrait versions.
